LCW Automotive Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “LCW”) is a manufacturer of additional body on a completed car, manufactured separately, expressly warrantied by another manufacturer. This warranty does not, therefore, extended to, nor cover any portion of the vehicle nor contents thereof, which has been separately warrantied by another manufacturer, except to the extent specifically required by any applicable, lawful, Federal Law Regulation.

This warranty does not, therefore, extended to, nor cover any portion of the vehicle nor contents thereof, which has been separately warrantied by another manufacturer, except to the extent specifically required by any applicable, lawful, Federal Law Regulation.
LCW warrants that each LCW body and the parts manufactured by it, contained therein and sold as a new vehicle by an authorized LC w dealer, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 24 MoNTHs oR UNTIL THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN DRIVEN 24,000 MILES, whichever occurs first, after the date of delivery to the original retaIL customer. This warranty (together with remedies for breach thereof) is limited, however, to the following:
if the body or any such part manufactured by LCW becomes defective during this period, under normal use and service, and the vehicle is brought to the repair facility of any authorized LCW dealer in the continental United States. The dealer will, without charge, either repair the defective part or replace it with a new or factory reconditioned part after obtaining authorization from LCW. Not all repairs, adjustments, and replacements are the result of defects in materials or workmanship. There are circumstances beyond the control of the converter which could cause the body or parts to become defective, depending principally on where and how the owner drives, weather, atmospheric conditions, varying road surfaces, individual driving habits, and vehicle usage.

(2). Normal maintenance service.
(3). Damage or defects due to the repair of the vehicle by someone other than an authorized LCW dealer.
(4). Damage or defects due to accident, misuse.
(5). Damage or defects due to the installation of additional equipment or appliances by someone else than LCW factory personnel.
(6). Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of the vehicle, and other consequential damages.
(7). Any vehicle on which the odometer mileage has been altered and the vehicle mileage cannot be readily determined.
(8). The effect of external mechanical or chemical influences (regarding paint or body damage, especially stone throw, air born dust, industrial fallout) action on the vehicle.
(9). The motor vehicle being improperly handled or overtaxed (for example: during motor-sport competitions, abusive driving style, and overloading).
(10). The motor vehicle having been repaired or serviced by a third party who is neither from LCW nor an LCW authorized service operation.
(11). Parts not approved by LCW having been installed into the vehicle, or been modified in a manner not approved by LCW
(12). The instructions of LCW regarding operation, service, and maintenance of the vehicle not being adhered to ( for example in the Technical and Service Manual), and especially the prescribed checks stipulated in the maintenance program not being performed.
The judgment of LCW as to the existence of any defect covered by this warranty shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties. LCW reserves the right to make a physical inspection by authorized factory personnel of the vehicle following any complaint.

This warranty is deemed to be part of LCW’ s standard published limited warranty.
However, your remedies under this section of the limited warranty are limited to the following:
If the frame and/or structural components added by LCW are defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service, you must bring the vehicle to the repair facility of an authorized LCW dealer in the continental United States, where the dealer will without charge repair the defective piece(s), after obtaining written authorization from LCW.
This warranty is exclusive except as provided herein, LCW MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The judgment of LCW as to the existence of any defect covered by this warranty shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties. LCW reserves the right to make a physical inspection of the vehicle by authorized personnel following any complaint prior to repair.

1. Prior to any performance of warranty work, you must either call or write AUTOMOTIVE CORP. for warranty verification and repair authorization number. Please be prepared to give the LCW AUTOMOTIVE CORP. production number, date of purchase, odometer reading at the time of repair, customer’s name, address, telephone number, an estimate of repairs, and vehicle serial number. (LCW Automotive’s production number is located on the driver’s door jamb).
2. Certain components are warrantied under their own limited warranty terms and conditions, as stated in each of the individual, appropriate component information folders furnished with this policy. Components covered under their own limited warranties are expressly excluded from the conversion warranty. These individual components include but are not limited to:
A. TELEVISIONS AND OR MONITORS
B. DVD & MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT
C. MOON ROOF
D. TELEPHONE & OR CELLULAR EQUIPMENT
E. DEALER INSTALLED EQUIPMENT
3. Authorized claims must be submitted on the repair station work order form and forwarded to LCW Automotive Corp. (at the above address) within 10 working days after repairs are completed and the following items complied with:
A. The repair authorization number, LCW Automotive’s production number, vehicle serial number, and the vehicle’s odometer reading must be entered on the facilities repair order.
B. The work order must show the breakdown for each item repaired with the exact number of labor hours for each item repaired.
C. Vehicle owners will be charged for warrantied parts sent by LCW Automotive Corp. and they will be credited upon return of defective parts.
D. Claims that are rejected, for any reason will be returned with a written denial
E. Appeals may be made on all adjusted or denied claims with fifteen (15) days of the denial to the warranty department of LCW Automotive Corp.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed and controlled by the laws of the state of Texas as to the interpretation, enforcement validity, construction, and effect and in all other respects.
The parties (a) irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of San Antonio, Bexar Country, Texas in any action arising out of this agreement and waive, to the fullest extent that they may effectively do so, the defense of an inconvenient forum. The parties also agree that a final judgment in any such action shall be conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.
Waiver of Jury Trial: The parties, after consulting or having had the opportunity to consult with counsel, knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally waive any right either of them may have to a trial by jury in any litigation based upon or arising out of this agreement, or any of the transactions contemplated by this agreement. Neither party will seek to consolidate, by counterclaim or otherwise, any action in which a jury trial has been waived with any other action in which a jury trial cannot be or has not been waived.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed and controlled by the laws of the state of Texas as to the interpretation, enforcement validity, construction, and effect and in all other respects.
